THE FIREY DEVIL.
In Imitation of the Watry God.
The Stygian God, great Belzebub
With Bute and North his favourite club
  In Pandemonium met,
Where they will all the infernal host
Who heavenly liberty had lost,
  Foam'd with invidious sweat.
[2nd verse]
The dreary cavern sang applause,
Obedience to old Belial's laws,
  Combin'd the Demon's stood,
Who all the fierce Cerberian breed
And hell in hideous forms exceed,
  Howl'd for Columbia's blood.
